One time when my family and I went on vacation, I arranged for Bright Star to stop in daily to take care of my cats. Anita and her team are extremely responsible, respectful, and responsive to every communication. We have never had an issue with the dogs or personal requests for our animals. They handled our 50 lb. lab and pitbull pups with care and attention. The pups absolutely love their daily one-on-one time. I even get pictures and updates when they come to see them. Bright Star is the most responsive pet service I have ever contacted or used. They communicate very effectively with both our family and our pets. They are very thorough in the intake about all of our pets' (and our) needs and always re-check over time to be sure that no information has changed, such as pet medicines, phone numbers, etc.. When we are gone they always keep great contact with us to let us know how our pets are doing. They do this by phone, text and pictures. We always love the pictures.
